Without the cross there would be no resurrection story; without forgiveness there is no cleansing. Thank God that the lamb of God died, so that we might live an eternal life in heaven. The resurrection of Jesus is proof that God’s holiness was satisfied by the Father pouring divine wrath against sin on Jesus at the cross. Forgiveness and mercy are now available for all who place their trust in Jesus for salvation.
